Krafty Blok – A Glass Block Christmas Tree Store Display

December 11, 2010

I just have to show you all the big Christmas Tree I made with Krafty Bloks for part of a store display.

As you can see there are 15 of the large blocks and I painted each one with three different shades of green Design Master spray paint “camouflage style”.

Yes, if they are handled and bumped around the paint does come off but for a store window display they aren’t going to get handled too much.

For the star on top I put a Christmas Tree star on top of a thick wooden dowel. Taped them together and then taped it to the back of the display. It was a lot of work but got a HUGE amount of positive feedback that made it all worth while! 🙂

That was quite a while ago Diane and it was up in a window so I’m not sure how tall it was.

My friends and I are having a Christmas in July party to make Christmas crafts with no stress, so I think you should reprint this then!

Love it, though I don’t know where I’d put it…
