Oh! I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love these cookies! So easy to make and so incredibly yummy to eat!  They taste just like a Girl Scout Thin Mint.  Shhh! Don’t tell the Girls ok?

If you are frustrated you might like this part… put some small candy canes into a ziploc bag, seal and smash them up with the side of a mallet.  (The top picture shows red and green peppermint candies… either is fine).  Don’t smash them to powder, just small enough to use as garnish on a small cookie.

Start with a bag of Make n’ Mold Candy Wafers in Dark Mint. 

Melt them in the ChocoMaker,  microwave, or double boiler.  Dip Ritz Crackers into the melted chocolate and tap the excess off.  Lay out on a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle with peppermint candy, leave to cool and set. 

That is all there is to it.  Easy, delicious, and quick! Can’t ask for more.
