In case you haven’t noticed I have a serious bohemian/gypsy kind of aesthetic. I love lots of layers, bold colors and some sparkle. I’ve got two Pinterest pin boards devoted to gypsy and bohemian inspiration that I find out on the web. They are my go-to boards when I want to daydream, be inspired or absorb a vibe I love so much.
I keep seeing women with lots and lots of stacked gypsy looking bracelets and I love the look. It really fits that gypsy/bohemian vibe too. The only thing I don’t like is fastening all of those bracelets, one at a time!
I’ve found a way to create the stacked look without all of the hassle. And it’s easy to make, too. BONUS!
Supplies:
- Memory Wire Bracelet- Bright Silver
- Czech Fire Polished Bead Strand-Aqua AB-6mm
- Rose Beads-Round-Antique Silver-6mm
- Czech Fire polished Glass Bead Strand-Yellow-4mm
- Crystal Bead Strand-Bicone-Emerald-6 mm
- Czech Bead Strand-Glass-Siam Red-4mm
- Spacer Beads-Flower-Gold-4mm
- Precision Round Nose Pliers
- 5.5 inch Memory Wire Cutter Shears
Directions:
With the round nose pliers, turn one end of the memory wire in as shown. Continue to bend until the end of the wire is touching the main wire.
Start adding beads. Continue adding until you make one full round as shown below.
Once you complete the first round, start a second. Continue with a third and fourth.
If you line it up so that the first bead in a round meets with the last bead in a round it will look like a stack of several different bracelets instead of just one.
Cut the extra memory wire from the end and create another loop.
You can add a charm to the end or make several more bracelets and stack them all!
Another way to add some more gypsy or bohemian flair would be to tie on a few bits of frayed fabric.
The nice thing about these is that they are inexpensive so you can make several.
I to love gypsy and bohemian. .love the bracelet haven’t done jewelry or cards for a couple years need to get my thinks out again…I am not so much into bracelets can you do something like this in a necklace. …thanks for sharing

This is just in time for me as I just ordered some memory wire for the first time, Vicki. I had a general idea how to proceed, but this little tutorial will make it much easier to design my first project. Thanks for sharing!
