My father always got candied oranges around Christmas. I’ve had them every year for as long as I can remember. This year I decided to do something a little different with them. And it involves DARK CHOCOLATE! The BEST kind of chocolate in MY book! 🙂
Chocolate Oranges
Make n’ Mold Dark Chocolate
Candied Orange Slices
Microwave, Double Boiler or ChocoMaker
Parchment Paper
2 Plastic Forks
Melt Dark Chocolate wafers. Break the two outside tines off the fork. Pierce the orange slice with the fork and then dip into chocolate. You can cover the whole orange slice or only a portion of it. Push the orange slice off the fork with a second fork. Place on parchment paper and allow chocolate to cool and set.
