I want to paint over a painted
Papier-mâché-d item. The item is already painted on bright yellow with black dots. Can I paint over this? Do I need to sand off ( if that’s possible) the paint that’s already on there? Or can I just paint over it? Do you recommend any particular paint? Thank you! Annie
