Ok, here is one of my crazy paper crafting experiments that turned out to be a lot of fun and a great background paper for lots of crafts.
Sometimes experiments work out! 🙂
I used ColorBox re-inkers in Scarlet, Silver, Pink and Frost White.
And poured them into a mini mister. I filled the Mini Mister about half full and then I filled it the rest of the way with alcohol.
I sprayed my ink and alcohol mixture on a piece of glossy card stock.
Scarlet and
Pink add the bright color.
The Silver and Frost White blend and add depth.
While the ink is still wet cover the cardstock with plastic wrap.
Wrinkles encouraged.
Set aside and let dry.
Really interesting patterns.
Spray with a Final Fixative and let that dry.
I stamped on this piece
With the ColorBox ink pad. First the flower background stamp on the background and then the knight and lady were stamped on the white cardstock.
Â
The inside of the card.
Another piece of the background paper and a bird stamp.
K & Company rub-ons
on this card,
and this one.
And a little coffee filter goodness for more paper crafting later.
