I do love circles and spirals. In art, the garden, every day life, and even my coffee. So the concept of a year being part of a wheel speaks to me. As in, “the wheel of the year”, used to divide up the seasons of the year.
I know that the dark, cold weeks of deep winter are hard to bare at times but I’ve been working on my mindset about winter the past few years…
Then comes the mean season. It’s that season at the end of winter and the beginning of spring where Mother Nature is, well, just kind of mean.
