This is a fun picture frame, easy to make and a great use of left over scrapbooking paper.
I covered one of the fiberboard type frames with scrapbooking paper (the paper is from my stash from last year and I can’t remember who made it. If you know leave a comment and I’ll give them credit). My adhesive of choice for this is Paper Cement. I think I’ve told you all that before. LOVE the stuff! No wrinkles, no bubbles and no peeling off. But you can also use Mod Podge, Zip Dry or even a strong double sided tape.
The costumed children are part of the paper.
Chip board circles covered with paper and a sticker. I used the Crop-A-Dile to punch a small hole and then threaded ribbon through and tied in a knot.
The fence is two pieces of wooden fence from the miniatures section of my craft store, painted black and glued on. I put pumpkin stickers on top of the fence and a Trick or Treat sticker above the children. The spider in the top left corner is also a sticker. This would be a fun way to send a picture of your children all dressed up to a relative that doesn’t live near by.
