It’s not always easy to make a gift for EVERYONE on your list, especially the young people in our lives. But I think I’ve got you covered with this one. I made this and then asked my 18 year old womanchild to weigh in. She gave it two thumbs up!
Here is how I did it.
I chose the background paper from the DCWV Street Lace Stack and adhered it to the back of the KraftyBlok with Sparkle Mod Podge. It gave it just a little bit of glitz without going over the top.
Then I used a sheet of Car Accents in silver from Glue Arts and the Potpourri Basket Cartridge for my Cricut to create the skull. I simply cut it out and stuck it on. SUPER EASY!
I used a dark brown sticker paper I had in my stash to cut the guitar from the same Cricut Cartridge and carefully placed it inside the KraftyBlok.
Then I totally ransacked the Pairs in Pears game for letters and glued them on with E6000 (LOVE that stuff!!).
All in all this project took less than 3o minutes to make and could easily be changed up for a boy. If you really want to be a hero you can add some money to this savings bank to get your teen started!
