I remember eating this at family reunions when I was young. It was always one of my favorites although now I look at it and think it’s BARELY a fruit salad. That must be the mom in me. 🙂
Holiday Fruit Salad
- 1 cup mandrian oranges
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup marshmallows – small (I use the multi colored ones when I can find them…they are prettier than plain white ones!)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup nuts (we always used walnuts)
Drain fruits. Mix ll ingredients except sour cream. Add sour cream and mix well.
