I tried and tried to get a great photo of this super cute Halloween witch wreath I made but I’m having the hardest time.
Between the grey skies and window glass it’s nearly impossible.
But it’s just so much fun and easy to make that I HAVE to share!
Supplies:
- Green Wire Wreath Form
- Black Tulle
- Black Shimmer Tulle
- Bowdabra
- Bowdabra Wire
- Witch Hat – purchased from local craft store
- Witch “legs” – purchased from local craft store
- Over the door wreath holder

I created the base using the bowdabra and a few different kinds of black tulle just like with my Tulle and Butterfly Spring Wreath.
That’s really the hardest part… just make a bunch of tulle poufs and tie them onto the green wreath form with the bowdabra wire.
To assemble, put the over the door wreath holder… well… over the door.
Hang the witches legs on the wreath holder and then add the finished tulle “skirt”.
Cut about 8 inches of the bowdabra wire and push it up through the hat and then back inside near the crown to create a hanging loop.
Wrap the wire that is attached to the hat around the wreath hanger.
Add any other desired decorative elements.
