Make a Valentine's Day Card with a Torn Paper Rose

 

 

Supplies:

Ink It Up! In Pink and Green

Tape Runner

Corner Punch

Paper Trimmer

5×7 Card Blank

Cardstock in pink, raspberry and green

Sakura Glaze pens

 

Make a Valentine's Day Card with a Torn Paper Rose

 

 

Tear four layers of paper into circles, don’t worry about being exact, it’s not supposed to be.  Make the second circle a bit smaller than the first and the third smaller than the second etc.

Ink the edges of the layers with the pink ink.

Tear two leaf shapes and ink the edges with the green ink.

Cut the raspberry card stock to 4 5/8 inch x 3 5/8 inch and punch the corners with the corner punch.

Tape raspberry cardstock onto the card blank and then layer the other pieces as shown.

 

Put little “dots” of color in the center of the rose with the Glaze pen.  And that’s it! It’s really easy and one of my favorites.
