I’m literally writing this post while my Thanksgiving turkey is in the oven and my rolls are rising. Whew! It’s been a crazy week full of deadlines, taking care of family and the day job. Whew again. 🙂
Anyway, I had made an mixed media ornament that I haven’t even gotten to post yet and it is what inspired me to make this mixed media framed ornament using the Sizzix ScoreBoards Pro Die – Frame & Frame Back w/Stand by Eileen Hull.
I only used two parts of the die for this project but I already have plans for some of the other pieces.
Besides the die I used burlap, Colorbox ink, Zip Dry Adhesive, Stickles, gold Folk Art paint, a miniature tree topper, a bit of “silk” pine and a mushroom bird all dressed up for the holidays.
As always, please use the navigation block in the top right column of my blog. You can go back, forward, or to the Sizzix home page and start anywhere on the list of 60 fabulous designers.
I hope you all have a most wonderful Thanksgiving. I am thankful for so many blessings I can’t even tell you, and my wonderful friends and readers here in blogland are right up at the top of the list. LOVE YOU ALL!!
Now back to the kitchen… 🙂
