I really like our yard (except that we have so much lawn to mow) and all of the flowers and plants that have been here since the house was built in 1949. We have some apple trees that were here long before that even. It's just one of the many pluses of an older home if you ask me. Anyway, I have several beautiful rose bushes and tonight while I was making dinner on the grill I put together this bouquet for the table. There are three different kinds of roses and hosta leaves. Casual, easy and beautiful.
