Anyone can have a skull sitting around as part of their Halloween decorations but why not jazz it up with some GLITTER!?!?
Supplies:
Ceramic Skull
Black Patio Paint
Mod Podge
Black Glitter
Foam Brushes
Paint the skull black with Patio Paint and let dry. You may need a coat or two… let dry. Paint the skull again with Mod Poge, working quickly so that it doesn’t dry. Add glitter all over the skull. Let dry.
That’s it. The candle light looks really good shining through the holes in the skull.
