Banana Bread is a small symbol, to my way of thinking, that all is right with the world. I mean, how many times can you take produce that is a day or two past its prime and turn it into a sweet, delectable delight?

PLUS Banana Bread is MAGIC!

Recipe: Banana Bread

Butter, eggs and sugar. How do such every day items combine into a heavenly treat? Magic. it must be.  🙂

This is a recipe that has been in my family a LONG time. I hope you like it as much as I do.

OH! And if your bananas are a day or two past their prime and you don’t have time to make banana bread right this minute. Freeze them and use them when you get a chance. NICE!
